Housing Payment Information
Housing payments can be made using a credit card or check made out to the University of South Florida. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit card payments over the phone and in the office. We suggest you do not try to pay your housing charges through OASIS unless you are paying
housing and tuition all at once. The University's priority system will assign payments to tuition charges
first prior to housing. Unfortunately, you are not able to designate which charges your payment will go to on OASIS.
While you will not receive regular bills, you can always view charges on your student account through the OASIS system at
http://usfonline.admin.usf.edu. Also on OASIS, you can see if you
have been approved for a housing deferment. Please refer to the rate table on this website
for pricing information. Additional information regarding housing payment will be mailed to you in July.
Please note that you will need to be approved for a housing deferment or have your first installment payment made prior
to being able to check into the residence halls for Fall semester.
If you are not the person who is typically responsible for making your housing payments, please be sure to share the information
regarding due dates in order to avoid any late fees or inconvenience to you because of a delinquent account. If you would like to
have your monthly installment charged to your credit card each month, you may print the
Automatic Credit Card Payment Authorization (PDF), then complete and mail the form to:
