ATTENTION RESIDENTS:

Schooldude.com has scheduled a planned outage for Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM Eastern Time to upgrade their application servers. All application services including MaintenanceDirect and Housing's Work Order System will be unavailable during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. FM Staff.


Beginning Wednesday May 21st, we will be tagging bicycles in residential areas. If your bike is tagged, please follow the instructions on the green tag if your bike has not been abandoned. Beginning June 10, we will remove bikes from the residential areas that are identified as abandoned and still have the green tag. Work orders should be submitted for non-emergency housing maintenance requests. For all internet or phone issues, please DO NOT submit a work order. Instead, contact the USF IT Help desk at help@usf.edu or 813-974-1222. The first time you submit a request, you will need to register. Thereafter, your contact information will pull up automatically. Please make sure to complete all fields on the work order form (name, e-mail, building, area, room, etc). This information will help us to respond to your work order request in a timely manner.
