BETA & HOLLY SOUTH (HAH) LAUNDRY VIEW APP: 2/10/2016
Beta Laundry View system is scheduled to be repaired so the system will allow residents to view the availability by the end of this week.
Holly South (HAH)is currently being monitored for repairs.
CYPRESS COMPLEX HOT WATER ISSUES: 2/8/2016 UPDATE
There is no change to the hot water temperatures in the Cypress complex to date. Temperatures are still maintaining at an acceptable range, yet it does drop during high peak times (9:00am- 1:00pm). If possible we continue to recommend that residents take showers during non-peak hours in order to obtain the best temperatures. Parts and materials are still on order and we will continue to monitor the system throughout each day until we are able to make the necessary repairs.
CYPRESS COMPLEX HOT WATER ISSUES: 2/2/2016 UPDATE
Temperatures are still holding at acceptable ranges throughout most of the day and evening hours. There is a slight pattern of temperature drop late in the morning hours between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm due to heavy usage. Again, if possible, please consider taking showers on "off-peak" periods (very early in the mornings or later in the day).
CYPRESS COMPLEX HOT WATER ISSUES: 1/29/2016 UPDATE
Small additional repairs to the Cypress water system have been made to assist in capturing higher temperatures to supply the community. At this time we are seeing improvements in supply temperatures, yet not to the normal thresholds temperatures. We are still monitoring the system and securing the parts and materials to make the larger repairs as soon as possible.
CYPRESS COMPLEX HOT WATER ISSUES:1/28/2016 UPDATE
Assessment of the hot water system in the Cypress community shows that one of the two reheat coils is having difficulty keep up with demand for domestic hot water. We currently have the required parts order from an outside vendor and expect delivery as soon as possible. Once parts arrive we will schedule repairs immediately.
Again, if possible please consider taking showers on "off-peak" periods (very early in the mornings or later in the day).

CYPRESS COMPLEX HOT WATER ISSUES: 1/22/2016 CYPRESS RESIDENTS
We are currently experiencing ongoing issues with domestic hot water temperatures to the buildings. We are working diligently on assessing the problems/issues and will continue to do so until we are able to mechanically make the corrective repairs. If possible please consider taking showers on "off-peak" periods (very early in the mornings or later in the day).
As updates on the repairs come along we will post them on this page.
