Greek Village
University of South Florida currently houses 14 national fraternities and sororities in the Greek Village. Greek housing is open to individuals who are
members of these Greek organizations, regardless of class year. Each organization is given a two-story or three-story house. Each house is comprised of double bedrooms with community kitchens and living rooms. Each unit consists of 20 or 28 beds which are filled with members of a particular Greek organization. Residents sign a Greek Housing contract which is available from the fraternity or sorority House Corporation.
These groups are also expected to follow the campus and residence hall policies within the houses, as well as their own organization's nationally recognized housing guidelines.
Housing & Residential Education works with the organizations to assist them in making their living units feel comfortable and create a positive environment for them.
If you are a member of one of the 14 organizations housed in the Greek Village, see your organization president regarding an opportunity to live in the house.
